Progressively responsible roles as an assistant comptroller and senior accountant, including K-Tron Feeders (Pitman, NJ), J.G. Hook (New York, NY), A to Z Maintenance Corporation (Glassboro, NJ), and Tribune Cable Company (Alexandria, VA) — the corporate grounding behind everything that came next.
Drake Mortgage Solutions
As a licensed PA mortgage broker, Tony founded Drake Mortgage Solutions in South Philadelphia, working with multiple lenders to find the right financing for every client — from first-time homebuyers to seasoned real estate investors.
Wilson Drake Development
Co-founded a real estate development partnership that turned vacant buildings into quality, affordable rental housing across South Philadelphia, West Philadelphia, and Germantown. At its height, the firm developed and sold more than 30 projects with revenues over $15 million, becoming one of Philadelphia's most successful small-unit developers before its sale in 2026.

An avid golfer, fisherman, and biker, he’s an ourdoor enthusiast who loves global adventures and new cultures. He’s father to four adult children, and the family makes a point of traveling together.
